The Indiana Kyudo Renmei is a non-profit organization based out of Lizton, Indiana committed to the study of kyudo. Comprised of approximately 25 members from both inside and outside Indiana, IKR has been practicing, teaching, and supporting kyudo for over 20 years. General practice is held on weekends and special events are arranged several times a year. Members elect officers each year at an annual meeting in the Fall, while other duties are attended to on a volunteer basis by the other members.

IKR is a renmei operating under the All Nippon Kyudo Federation (The All Japan Kyudo Federation), and the world-wide governing body of kyudo (IKYF) based out of Tokyo, and as such, follows guidelines put forth by the ANKF leadership. IKR is also a member of the American Kyudo Renmei. Members of the IKR pay annual membership dues, which also support AKR and IKYF, and fees to maintain the dojo and for other operating costs.
